Testing candidates: Most Pearson Professional Centres (PPCs) are open for exam delivery. We also continue to deliver exams to any third-party test centres (PVTC and PVTC Selects) with the ability to operate, though some may be operating at limited or changed capacity based on their own discretion or in response to government mandates.

SCFHS Policies

Admissions

We ask that you arrive at the test centre 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you adequate time to complete the necessary sign-in procedures. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be refused admission and exam fees may be forfeited.

Please be prepared to show two (2) valid forms of personal ID.

Primary ID must:
(a) contain your photograph,
(b) contain your name in Arabic or English
(c) be valid (ie not expired).

Acceptable Primary IDs include:

  • Passport
  • Government-issued photocard driving license
  • Government-issued national ID card (only accepted if the card is issued in the country where you are testing)
  • Employee ID

The name on your ID must exactly match the name with which you registered for your exam. If you are unsure whether your ID is acceptable, please contact Pearson VUE Customer Services before the day of your exam.

No personal items may be taken into the testing room. This includes all bags, books, notes, phones, pagers, money, tissues, pens, watches and wallets.

Reschedule

If you wish to reschedule your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment may result in forfeiting your exam fees.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your exam, you must contact Pearson VUE at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancelling an exam less than 48 hours prior to your appointment or missing your appointment may result in forfeiting your exam fees.
