Testing candidates: Most Pearson Professional Centers (PPCs) are open for exam delivery. We also continue to deliver exams to any third-party test centers (PVTC and PVTC Selects) with the ability to operate, though some may be operating at limited or changed capacity based on their own discretion or in response to government mandates.

Exam Appointment Canceled by Pearson VUE

If you receive an email from Pearson VUE more than 24 hours ahead of your exam appointment, notifying you that the testing center at which your appointment is scheduled will not be able to deliver your exam at that time, you may schedule a new exam appointment by following the instructions found here (PDF). If you need any assistance scheduling a new exam appointment, such as the instance that your appointment is less than 24 hours away, please forward the email you received from Pearson VUE to proctor@giac.org.
